*ORDERING & MAKING A PAYMENT*
If an item is in stock, it will be shipped the next business day. If it is not in stock, it will take a little under a week to ship.
Credit Card orders are accepted through our secure server. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AmEx.
Kim Fraczek Jewelry, LLC will be on your credit card statement.
If you would like to pay by check, contact us via email or phone and we will ship your piece as soon as the check clears.

*SHIPPING METHOD*
We use Federal Express Ground or USPS Priority for all shipping for $8.00.
They have proven to be the most trustworthy and safe shipping method for the jewels.
You will be provided with a tracking number if you include your email address.
It will take between 2-5 days from ship date to arrive depending on your proximity to New York City.
If you need an item rushed, please send us an email and we will try to accomodate you.
*RETURNS*
We stand behind the quality of our work. All pieces are handmade in Kim's Brooklyn studio and quality controlled before shipping.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges for unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt for credit toward another item at Kim Fraczek Jewelry. This credit is available for use for 1 year from the date of issue.
Additional shipping costs will be applied to exchanged items. Please email us regarding which items you would like to exchange.
Make sure they are well packed and insured when return shipping.
*CARE AND REPAIRS*
The glass used to make the beads is quite sturdy and durability is personally inspected by Kim Fraczek before shipment, however, due to the physical nature of glass, it can break if dropped. Be cautious around ceramic floors, such as bathrooms. Kim has experienced a few necklaces that have slipped out of her hand and NOT break. She swims in the ocean for hours and dances tango with her jewelry, but accidents can happen. Please handle with care, and return jewelry to its case when not in use.
If you ever find you are in need of a replacement bead, this can always be arranged. We can either ship you bead(s) [price to be discussed on individual basis] + shipping fee via FedEx, or you may ship your jewelry for repair back to the studio, and Kim will be happy to make any repairs. Prices for any other repairs or replacements to clasps or chains can be discussed on an individual basis.
Please note again when shipping anything back to us, all items must be well packed and insured.

Kim Fraczek welcomes custom work or collaborations and can accomodate many colors and styles to suit your taste.
